PVC PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Various products are produced using PVC resin. For this process, the main machine of production is the extruder.
  • PVC raw material is put into the PVC Mixer Machine and Feeding Unit.
  • PVC raw materials are mixed automatically with colorants and other additives at a certain temperature and pressure.
  • Homogeneous mixture is obtained by screw.
  • Molding Machine is used to bring the product into the desired form.
  • Molded product is cooled to the desired degree using the Chiller Machine.
  • The product then breaks in the Crusher Machine and takes its final form.
