VARNISH PRODUCTION MACHINERY

In the main motor, feed motor, blade motor and feeder motor, inverter (speed control devices) are available. Thus, the motor speed can be adjusted to the desired value and all frequency and speed values can be monitored. In this way, different hardness and density of materials with the same pressure and capacity to be granulated by increasing the efficiency and quality. VARNISH PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • The manufacture of varnish involves the mixing and blending of various ingredients to produce a wide range of products.
  • Manufacturing of the varnish consists in dissolving then cooking one or several hard resins in petroleum diluents and/or vegetable oils.
  • This step, frequently automated, is generally carried out in an inerted reactor equipped with stirring and heating systems.
  • Binder (Oil/resin), aromatic and aliphatic solvents , additives are mixed by a Mixer.
  • After obtaining a good mixture, the sludge is removed with a Filtration Unit.
  • The prepared viscous liquid is filled into the boxes in the Filling Machine.
  • Then the end product is ready done in the lid closing machine and the labeling machines.
