PLASTIC RECYCLING PLANT

PLASTIC RECYCLING LINE

Plastic is a polymer known to be a non-biodegradable substance, which is hazardous for the surrounding. Plastic is playing a huge role in our lives from usage as plastic bottles to toothbrush, mug, bucket, tub, containers, polybag, and many more. Plastic recycling is a process, which recycling waste plastics and making them reusable.

Operation begins by separating waste plastics according to their types. Clean plastics are converted into raw materials by granulating them using extruder machine. However, waste plastics collected from the garbage must be washed and dried before being turned into raw materials. With the correct design of recycling lines, quality products are provided at the end of line.

PLASTIC RECYCLING PLANTS

Although the plastic recycling plants seem to be complicated, they actually have a simple principle. The section from the system entrance to the system exit should be observed carefully. Chemical Process Plants install Plastic Recycling Plants that stable, robust, low noise and automatically works. The plants are designed for low energy consumption, functional and user-friendly.

PLASTIC RECYCLING PROCESS

  • Collected waste plastics should be washed and dried before being converted to raw material.
  • Plastics separated according to their type in the recycling line are first broken down into standard sizes.
  • The washing process starts with the crushing plant in the shredding stage.
  • The broken plastics are cleaned from dirt by passing through the water pool and high speed separators.
  • For the drying process, the water ratio is reduced by using the conical press machine or centrifuge machine according to the type of material.
  • Then, by entering the scrap plastic agglomerate machine, the water ratio decreases and the dried plastic is melted in the granule machine.
  • The plastic, which is filtered through the melt, is then granulated and packaged.
