CALCITE COATING PRODUCTION PROCESS

Conventional surface modification technologies, such as; pin and reymond mills and heated-mix machines are widely used for coating calcite. In mills that are used for processing, coating process is carried out by using friction energy with feeding mixing of certain proportions calcite + stearic acid (average 1%) to direct mills.
