PET RECYCLING PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • At recycling plants, PET bottles are separated from PVC by foreign materials in the sorting conveyor.
  • Color separation of the bottles is also made in this stage
  • Loading conveyor regularly feeds PET bottles into the crushing machine.
  • Crusher reduces size according to customer demand. After crushing process, PET material is conveyed by elevator.
  • Cap and labels in the pool are transported to the water surface.
  • An elevator located at the end of the pool removes burrs out of the pool.
  • It separates the water and dirt on the PET burrs and transmits the material to the Chemical Washing Machine.
  • In the Chemical Washing Machine, PET burrs are washed with water and chemicals at a certain temperature.
  • This process removes dirt and glue residues on the material and purifies the material.
  • Glue must be completely cleaned during recycling process.
  • Because it causes a problem in areas where the material is recycled.
