LIQUID DETERGENT PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Raw materials are transferred to the product mixers by means of pumps or manual.
  • The quantities taken from the mixers are monitored from the Kg indicator on the mixer control panels.
  • The production temperature is also monitored in the same way from the temperature display on the mixer control panels
  • Perfume and coloring chemicals are added to the mixers with manual.
  • The finished products are analyzed in laboratory.
  • After the analysis is done, the product is transfered into the rest tank by the pump.
  • Resting Process; The finished product is sent to the relaxation tanks by means of pump.
  • The finished products are subjected to the resting times determined by the properties of the liquid detergent to be produced.
  • After the rest period, the products are transferred to the packaging lines through the pumps.
  • Filling and Packing Process; Prepared products are sent to the tanks in the filling lines by means of a pump.
  • The bottles, which will be used according to the filling weight, are automatically arranged by the bottle sorter machines and conveyed to the filling heads by conveyors.
  • The desired quantity of product is filled into the packages according to the determined target weight
  • The caps are squeezed and fixed by the capping machines automatically.
  • Production date, time and machine are written on packages by coding machines.
  • Labeling is done on the front and back sides of bottles or bins by label machines.
  • The proper alignment of the packages into boxes are carried out automatically or manually.
  • And packed pallets are designed to be ready for shipment by wrapping with stretch machine.
