  • Certain amount of raw materials are weighted in the formulation of the shampoo.
  • The weighed ingredients are slowly poured into the mixer.
  • Then deionized water is added.
  • Fragrance essences are added and mixed. Finally a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  • The rested product is filled into bottles.
  • Mouths of the bottles are labeled after the closure is closed in the machine.
