SKIN CARE PRODUCTS PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Production of Skin Care Products is not very complicated. For the production, there is need usable and tried a formulation, raw materials and mixing tank.
  • Products can be either an oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion, consisting of emollients and lubricants dispersed in an oil phase, and a water phase containing emulsifying and thickening agents, color and preservatives.
  • Firstly, the material are stirred by both the center blade and side scraper, which works on the inner surface of pot keeping stirring materials from being stuck onto the wall in Vacuum Emulsification Machine.
  • A homogeneous mixture is obtained by adding certain amounts of oil and water.
  • The system mixes the ingredients until get a good mixture.
  • After the ingredients are mixed together, the tubes are filled by the filling machine.
  • To make sure the tube is aligned correctly, an optical device rotates the tube.
  • Then the tube is filled by a descending pump. After it is filled, the end is sealed (or crimped) closed.
