PVA PRODUCTION LINE
Polyvinyl acetate (PVA) is a kind of synthetic resin prepared by the polymerization of vinyl acetate. In its most important application, PVA serves as the film-forming ingredient in water-based paints; it also is used in adhesives.
PVA is an amorphous polymer, not a crystalline one. The hardest of the polyvinyl esters, PVA offers good adhesion to most surfaces. Unlike some other thermoplastics, it will not turn yellow. PVA does not cross-link, thus becoming insoluble, and it can be dissolved in many solvents other than water.
Chemical Process Plants produces PVA production lines in different capacities and specifications and perform turnkey installations.
