POWDER DETERGENT PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Raw materials to be used in the dry mix from the feed points in the facility are fed automatically or manually to the bunkers of the automatic scale systems.
  • The raw materials mixed into the formulation with the help of scales are transferred to the mixer by tapes.
  • During the mixture in the mixer, the perfume and nonionic liquid raw materials are sprayed into the mixer with nozzles.
  • The dry mixture obtained after stirring is sieved.
  • The sieved product is sent to the distribution bunker of filling and packing machines.
  • Packages coming from packaging machines are wrapped up according to the desired packaging instructions.
  • The raw materials mixed into the formulation with the help of scales are transferred to the mixer by tapes.
  • Packaging pallets are designed to be ready for shipment by wrapping with the stretch machine.
